Gregory Wells
Gregory Wells, of counsel to the Jaklitsch Law Group, concentrates his practice in the areas of Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death and Serious Personal Injury. Since 1985, Gregory Wells has continuously and successfully litigated complex medical cases, including but not limited to, cerebral palsy, birth-related trauma, cancer misdiagnosis, and surgical errors. Gregory Wells is currently Immediate Past Chair of the Litigation Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Maryland Civil Pattern Jury Instructions, and an Associate Member of the American College of Legal Medicine. Gregory Wells is also an Adjunct Faculty Member of the University of Maryland School of Law.
