Case Information: Plaintiff and defendant were operating their respective vehicles on the same road in opposite directions. At an intersection controlled by a traffic light, defendant made a left turn in front of plaintiff's oncoming vehicle, resulting in collision.
Plaintiff alleged that she had a green light and defendant failed to yield the right-of-way. Plaintiff also claimed that she suffered significant injuries as a direct result of this accident.
