Case Information: Plaintiff was a passenger in a motor home operated by a third party. Defendant  fell asleep while operating a tractor-trailer and rear-ended the motor home, pushing it down an embankment where the motor home caught fire. Plaintiff was trapped inside the motor home for a period of time and sustained lacerations and burns to her neck and back.

Plaintiff alleged that defendant's driver was negligent in falling asleep at the wheel and in failing to maintain proper control of his vehicle.

Defendant contended that plaintiff was not as severely injured as she alleged.
