Case Information: Defendant crossed the center line while passing a vehicle and struck Plaintiff in left rear causing Plaintiff's vehicle to flip. Plaintiff received a puncture wound to the right wrist, was showered with glass, and had glass fragments embedded in his left elbow which eventually became infected, and in his right wrist.
