Plaintiff alleged that she had her left turn signal on and that defendant was negligent in passing her vehicle and in failing to control her speed to avoid a collision.

Defendant contended that: (1) plaintiff pulled to the right side of the road and stopped; (2) plaintiff did not have her turn signal on; and (3) plaintiff turned into her vehicle as she proceeded past plaintiff.
